In-Ears headphones use magnetic dynamic drivers. If you bring the in-ears close to an electronic device that releases magnetism with a 29" CRT TV (coils, speaker) turned on, will this TV cause demagnetization or permanent loss of performance of these in-ear drivers? |

Should not. The magnetic force decreases as the cube of the distance (in free space, for "large" distance, far from the magnetic dipole). And I suspect the ears headphones relay on permanent magnet which are more succeptible to be demagnetised because of excessive heat (Curie point, +300C for neodyne magnets) than by interraction with another small magnetic field. |

If these KZ EDC Pro and KZ EDX In-Ear headphones are placed near 2.5" or 3.5" HDDs, is there a risk of demagnetizing and damaging the dual magnetic dynamic drivers of these headphones? There are strong magnets inside the HDDs What happens in both cases: near a 29" CRT TV that is turned on or near 2.5" or 3.5" HDDs? |
