Richter Original 5-Band EQ with Treble Boost for Guitar
Richter Original 5-band EQ with treble boost. Controls Include: Input Level, Gain, Treble, High-Mid, Mid, Low-Mid, Bass, Treble-Boost, and Volume. ICs chosen to ensure clean operation at all control settings. Frequency Range 33 Hz to 12 kHz with all controls at 50%, or 16 Hz to 22 kHz with all but Tone controls at 100%. Suitable for 6/7/8-string guitar or 4/5/6-string bass. Maximum Gain = + 41 dBV @ 400 Hz with all controls at 50%, or +61 dBV @ 400 Hz with all but Tone controls at 100%. Power-supply not shown. Requires a regulated dual-polarity DC supply providing +-9VDC or +-12VDC or +-15VDC at >= 50 mA of current. And though simulator verified, treat the circuit as experimental. Breadboard test before committing to a soldered build. House project in a grounded metal enclosure.
