I want to include a nonlinear negative resistance to achieve a Gunn diode simulation. Searching online I find, "CircuitLab can simulate nonlinear resistors. The simulator allows users to program the simulator to model arbitrary linear or nonlinear devices, including nonlinear resistors." CircuitLab does allow negative resistance. but nonlinearity requires a resistance that is dependent on frequency or time. The resistor does not recognize a frequency or time variable. So does anyone know how to set up a frequency or time dependent resistance? |
