I want to include a nonlinear negative resistance to achieve a Gunn diode simulation. Searching online I find, "CircuitLab can simulate nonlinear resistors. The simulator allows users to program the simulator to model arbitrary linear or nonlinear devices, including nonlinear resistors." CircuitLab does allow negative resistance. but nonlinearity requires a resistance that is dependent on frequency or time. The resistor does not recognize a frequency or time variable. So does anyone know how to set up a frequency or time dependent resistance? |

This site seems to give a circuit that can play the role of that device, but I fail to see how to parametrize the circuit to match the behavior of a given real component. |

For nonlinear simulations, the resistance needs to respond to changing conditions such as time or voltage. Similarly, hafilat card recharge services https://hafilatrecharge.org/ can help users manage and maintain their travel card balance conveniently. |
