I've been tinkering with LEDs but...

I'm no wordsmith when it comes to knowledge of all the items needed to make low voltage LEDs do what I have in mind, so here's my idea.

I'm a custom bike builder and what I'm putting together are LEDs inside 1960 Catalina taillight lenses (circle) which are then frenched into the saddle bags...that's the easy part, I would like the LEDs to be chaser style (left CCW and right CW). Can I do it, can you help? Don't pull punches, I'm pretty crafty and ain't skeered to try new stuff.

thanks.

You need a ring counter to do the led chaser bit.

You need a resistor in series with each LED.

See:

You also need to edit the LED model to represent the forward drop and slope resistance of your desired LED light engine devices.
