I need a circuit simulator for a project, and CircuitLab was initially recommended to me. After looking into it, I don't really get why I would choose it over other options I’m seeing people use, like CircuitSim or Multisim. CircuitLab has terrible Trustpilot reviews, with a lot of posts about the software freezing or failing to work. The billing complaints also worry me with abunch of unanswered questions on here about getting locked into billing and an impossible cancellation processes. There's also a lot of bots doing SEO things in the comments on this forum. Both CircuitSim and Multisim look much more modern, have better reviews, and just appear to be better tools overall. Aside from this being the one recommended for my project, what does it actually do better than these other tools? Anyone real here? |
