See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8liQBnKOqKo as example. You have to find the small wifi chip under the mouse and plug it into a USB port of your computer. Preferably with a line of sight between it and the physical mouse (ex.: avoid a PC Desktop under the desk, while use the mouse over the top of the table). Turn on the mouse (a LED should be visible, as well as the reflection of the laser beam on the surface used for the mouse, but don't look directly at the beam).
