Ask. How To Make Auto Brightness LED For Ambient Light?

I want to make led light for my room, for watching movie, when i turn on light my screen get reflection on dark scene. eventhough my monitor have antiglare.

when i turn the light off, its fine when dark scene on movie are playing, but when movie showing day scene my screen is too bright and hurting my eyes, fyi i already put my screen brightness all the way into minimum.

i want to make led light, i will put it on the back of my monitor for ambient lighting, i want the led brightness to be automatic according how bright content are currently showed on my screen.

auto dim led light when movie play dark scene, auto increase led brightness when movie play bright scene.

is it possible to make this? i tried with led, ldr, and transistor but i failed to make it work. do i have to use arduino instead?

please help me with the circuit schematic thanks
