What are you trying to do? What does "schem" mean? Is your problem simply a + and - 12 volt power supply? How many amps?

There are IC which can be used to invert the voltage ( ex.: output -5V when you supply +5V to it), or which can split a supplied voltage ( output +7.5 and -7.5 while supplying 15 volt). The ICL7660 is probably the most well known of these. Datasheet: https://www.renesas.com/us/en/www/doc/datasheet/icl7660s-a.pdf
