When I included an op-amp in a circuit, can I assume that it has its supply voltage and ground so that if I make a circuit around it, I do not need to include any source of power? For example, will a LC tank or Colpitts oscillator work and will the simulation of it in time domain show oscillations? |

The parts bin carries both a generic op-amp which assumes power supply and specific op-amps with power supply connections |
