How to transform/convert 6-10KVAC@180-200kHz to 240VAC@50Hz??

for one of my DIY projects I would like to transform/convert 6-10KVAC@180-200kHz to 240VAC@50Hz?? any input welcome. thank you

There's really nothing to go on here but I would look at a cycloconverter. What do you mean 6-10KVAC? 6000 to 10000 volts? 10KVA?
