Vb = 10 (given),

Assume the PNP is forward active

Ve = Vb + 0.7 = 10.7.

Vre = 20 - 10.7 = 9.2 volt

i_re = 9.2 / 2000 =.= i_rc

Vrc = i_rc * 1000 = Vc

Vbc = 10 - Vc = 5.35 volt
