if we have a single core processor like the arduino we have to use interrupts in order to perform two tasks. But for a multiple core micro processor(arm) can we use multiple cores for two different processes. For example blink one led every second and another led every quarter of a second |

I don't think the single core/multiple core has much to do with the things you can do at once. In your blinking led example you can have many different leds blinking at various rates on a single core like the Arduino UNO |
