converter has 8 2sc2750 transistors on output stage. 4 has blown. can i replace all 8 with tip3055 transistors? thanks |

No, at least, not if you need the bandwidth product ( 5000 MHz versus only 2.5 MHz). Use Mouser or Digikey or other catalogues where you can specify the characteristics that you need to easily (well, more or less easily) find substitute ordered by price and availability (the shipping cost is also to consider). |
