using stm32f103c8t6 usb interface

Beginner trying to build a simple data logger. Bought one "stm32f103c8t6 usb interface 10 channel 12 bit sampling data acquisition stm32 uart communication adc module" but I cant make it work. Tips on tutorial or where to start looking? Need to sample a channel with about 1 kHz. Wants to get timestamp and pin signal to a log file on the computer. Tips, ideas? / Grateful for help!
