I need to design and build or find a board available for purchase that will close a circuit momentarily using a 5VDC trigger from a small r/c receiver. I just need to close the circuit (to gnd) momentarily, I don't need to apply power. I can find plenty that will apply voltage, but the board I'm trying to trigger has that wired to it. Am I better off SCR or IC to start? |

Why not a PMOS mosfet or a PNP bjt? The description is missing details, but the trigger (the r/c receiver) could be able to turn on/off the transistor between the (assumed) DC voltage source and the circuit itself. |
