It would be nice to indicate Gate, Drain, and Source G,D,S on the symbol although it might be known to those that use it often.

The N channel model does not seem to work correctly. signal on Source appears on the gate. Signal on source appears on Drain when gate is driven on ( positive voltage). Would be nice to have a set that work at different voltages 3.3, 2.5, 1.2, etc. The model should be very close with the threshold voltage set at the correct setting.
