Bounding box in PDF output wrong

I use PDF, EPS, and PNG output from CircuitLab for including schematics in other documents (depending what tool I'm using for the documents). The EPS and PNG files work well, but the PDF ones have too large a bounding box with lots of extraneous white space, which makes it difficult to scale the figures properly in tools like pdflatex. Can you make all the output formats have the minimal bounding box?
