Description

This relay arrangement has all contacts wetted with the +24 VDC supply from the TSE (Temperature Supervisory Equipment) used for the controls for my hobby greenhouse. Using 5 dual temperature transmitters to measure temperature throughout the greenhouse & auxiliaries, each transmitter is separately fused with the relay coils wired to the 'load' side of each fuse that de-energize (fuse open or no incoming power). The normally closed contacts are all in series (A to E) tied high (to +24 vdc) & if any 1 or more drop out then the common alarm relay, US-099 energizes & breaks a normally 'high input to a PLC for further processing. Each of the normally open contacts go to separate inputs to an Allen Bradley DL5 dataliner to display the failed transmitters. These DL5 inputs are normal high & display the alarm with the loss of input.
