I am using Circuit lab for the first time and wanted to use VCCS in the circuit. However, I could not get the DC simulation for this circuit. If I change the VCCS to an independent Voltage source - it is straightforward and I get an answer for the current reading between A and B. I need to have VCCS as 0.25 * V0. I have posted the circuit at: https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/67g5bs/dc-simulation-question/ Your comments are very much appreciated. |

I think the problem may be that R1 is not actually joined into the circuit properly. I moved R1 to the left and then redrew the wires between R1, R2, R3 and VCCS1 and it then seemed to run a DC Solver sim OK. |

Thank you very much. Excellent observation. I did not notice it. It appeared to be connected properly in the schematic. Once again - Thank you. |
