Feature request: parameters please

Especially now that we have behavioural sources, a way to define parameters like in SPICE so that they can then be used in expressions for components and behavioural sources.

e.g. in SPICE syntax:

.param freq = 1k

in a V behavioural sinusoidal source:

SIN(freq2PI*T)
