How to use flip flop in circuits?

Hey guys:

I'm trying to figure out how to implement a flip flop in this circuit:

But the "digital T flip flop" doesn't seem to match up with any of the data sheets I can find, which always have a pin for Vcc, GND, Q, CLK and T (or D).

This is the flip flop I am looking at:
