Problem with offset voltage addition at OP-Amp output

I wanted to simulate a circuit working in reality - but it does not in simulation. If V4 is set to 0V it is Ok - but not if it is set to 2.5V like in the real circuit (there it just adds 2.5V offset to the signal).
