working on a schematic just now. went to Save lost all connections, and some components from the drawing.

now i can't access the drawing from my Workbench, it says Screenshot is not yet up to date. "Refresh this page in a few moments", but nothing happens.

2 other similar saved circuits that i have tried to open are the same. i have lost HOURS of work here. not happy at all.

i was working on a mac in safari. i have got the Browser compatibility warning, but i get that using the recommended firefox too.

is there anything i can do to retrieve my work?

in fact, now NONE of my previously saved circuits will open at all in safari or firefox :(

Could you try making one of your existing or a new test circuit - public or unlisted?

Do you have this problem with Chrome?

What versions are you using?

i'll make one of the broken circuits public. i can get it to display in the editor, but all the interconnections + many of the components are gone. looks like there was a corruption when i saved.

i really don't understand how it corrupted other circuits than the one i was working on though?

i've just downloaded chrome and am using it to rebuild the schematic from a marked up print.

Hi @RedLemon,

I believe we have identified the problem in the circuit you linked to. No data has been lost, there is just bug we introduced in the way we loaded the circuits. We are working on a fix right now and I will let you know as soon as it is deployed.

that sounds good.will i be able to get back the other incomplete versions as well?

We have just deployed the fix for this issue. The circuit you linked to now loads and renders without errors, and the same should be true for your private circuits too. Let us know if you encounter any other issues. I have given your account a free upgrade to the Hacker plan which will let you load old revisions of your circuit in case you accidentally saved a version while the bug was in production.
