What is a sensitivity scale factor of a MEMS gyroscope or any sensor? How can it be used to calculate the resolution of that sensor. For example MPU 6050 is digiatal MEMS gyroscope with a sensitivity scale factor of 131 LSB/dps for a particular mode (ADC word length= 16). So what can be its resolution in that mode? |
