Not quite.

In CL the options are:

Simulate > DC > Run DC Solver

Simulate > DC Sweep > Run DC Sweep

Simulate > Time Domain > Run Time-Domain Simulation

Simulate > Frequency Domain > Run Frequency-Domain Simulation

Once you have run any simulation at least once, pressing F5 will repeat the last simulation you have run.

To be precise, this describes how to run a simulation on a circuit.

It does not describe how to simulate a circuit. That is what you have to do before you have a simulatable circuit on which to run a simulation.
