Transistor characteristics

Double-clicking a transistor in "Build" mode brings up a table of characteristics such as B_F (=140 for the 2N3904), M_JE, etc.

It would be so nice to have the more generic names such as beta, Vbe etc. as well.

Haven't done any electronics for 20 years so I'm probably a bit out of touch!
