Are these 3 capacitors broken? SOLVED

One of them is broken for sure. Are the other broken because of this streches on the top of each one? http://scr.hu/0udu/ioxty

It looks like the 470uF cap is really blown. No physical sign of the three 1500uF caps blowing. The scratches are put on during manufacture as weak points so they blow off rather than explode. Hope this is helpful, mike.
