Is Motorola MPS A06 922 an NPN or PNP transistor? |

Hi Figg. Looking at this datasheet here it looks like MPSA06 is an NPN transistor. Notice how the A05 and A06 are both listed under the NPN heading. The A55 and A56 appear to be PNP. |
