Can a headphone cable, TRS jack& TRS plug be used for a laptop charger?

The mentioned headphone cable will be used for the output, which has 3 copper cores isolated with PE/PVC, each core has a pack of 10 wires with a total 0.7mm diameter, for the current it's 3.5A-5A and 19.5V (65w-150w). TRS plug and jacks will be used to switch between the cable and multiple chargers' outputs.

Thanks in advance.

There is a danger in short circuiting the TRS connector when inserting and extracting it. If your charger can handle that: fine.
