So, I've been building radio controlled trains for a while but as of yet am to find a way of adding a "momentum" circuit which would "dampen" the increase of power to the motor and slow down the decay of the motor speed when the control is stopped. Thus simulating a heavy train! I know it's theoretically possible (something to do with a capacitor) but I'm not sure how. Most of my stuff is operating in the 3-15 volt range using brushless motors. Any Ideas? |
