Need negative time in a Time domain simulation graph.

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how to get time to start in the -20 millisecond range on a time domain simulation graph? Also can the graph increments be condensed from 2 millisecond to 10 millisecond increments?

Any help is appreciated. Circuit link is below:
