I want a high side switch using pnp transistor to switch a 48v 5A load. I intend to use a level shifter driven from arduino port to switch the pnp transistor via an npn. Can anyone help me wirh choosing the correct base resistors and I heard a lot about the issue of not getting the pnp to switch completely off. Any help somone ? |
