12v circuit for a negative switch to activate a relay which stays on for 0.5-1.0 second only

Hi there!

I am newbie here as well as having no in-depth knowledge of electronics but I can solder. I´m not even sure if I´m in the right place here, so apologies in advance for that if it is the case.

Can someone please draw me a circuit to do the following:

12v application(car)

I have a switch to ground which I want to use to trigger a relay to pulse closed for half to one second and then open again whilst the ground connection stays. The load will be the door-locking solenoids, I imagine no more than 15A. I´ll actually need two identical relay circuits, as the door-switch toggles one ground connection to lock and another ground connection to unlock. I want to build the two circuits for locking and unlocking separately, so a single circuit for just one relay will suffice,

For any help with this, I´d be eternally grateful.

Cheers, Alex
