Ac Voltages and Phase Angles

I am trying to get AC voltages and Phase Angles from the noted circuit .

I have a 250 VAC (RMS) , 200 Hz source , with a 60 nF Capacitor (Ceq) and a 10K Ohm resistor ( Req) in series .

I want to find voltages, currents, phase angles, etc, throughout the circuit.

Thanks in advance Jerry Ambrose

The reference you've given says "Forbidden" and sort of tells me I shouldn't be looking there. Perhaps you would get more answers if you fixed this.
