How do i make the Light bulb blink using C program statements in PIC18F4520?

and how do i control the brightness of the light bulb using PWM using C program statements?

@mrobbins https://imgur.com/ruqxxl3 is the picture of the diagram and i have not started working on it because i am not sure how to start as i don't know which port should the light bulb be connected to.
