How to equally divide 5 volt 40 amp power supply to 5 volt 1 amp for TP4056 module of 40 nos

I don't see your problem. If you have a 5v 40a rated supply you can connect any load on it as long as the load is rated 5v and draws less than 40a.. 1 amp, 10 amps, 40 amps etc. are all ok but over 40 amps is not ok

Foxx is correct. 5V 40A power supply means that it has 40A capability. If you only need 1A or 2A or..., it will output 1A or 2A or...... You have capability to lift 100lb, of course, you can lift 0lb, 1lb, 2lb, ....till 100lb.
