I have designed High side plus low side isolated combined N-channel switching using mosfets for high power switching through Mosfet. The power handling of the design is 24v/70Amp. The design is capable of over-current protection @70Amp. But the design fired up as soon as output terminal is short with external shortening cable. Anyone can help to add the output terminal short circuit protection? |
