Hello, changing Led on a Camping Lamp

Hi, I have a cheap camping lamp with led cob. It is powered by a battery of 3.7v. Inside has a dimmer with a mini circuit(ks-sl010 - tp4056). Im trying to change the leds with a new ones(12v to be powered).

My knowleadge of electronics its almost cero, this is why Im here, looking for a hand. I copied the connection of the leds and connected to the base pcb but didnt work... Nether the less touching the pcb with the cables to the leds in a but they ligthed up...

Can somebody help me this to work or a clue what can I do on the "easy" mode?

This is the inside of the lamp.

This is the PCB on it.

These are the leds that came with the lamp

And these are the leds that im trying to connect to it (12v powered leds cobs).

Thanks in advance.
