Adjustable 0 to 100 mA current source.

Hi. I been trying to build a 0 - 100 mA current source circuit, by using LM317 chio, unfurtunately I was not successful since it min output min load current to maontain regulation is 10mA. Is there another chip which has a maintaining regulation to 1mA? Or perhaps a different alternative design.

Thanks, Anthony
