I did the DC sweep, varying V2 = Vgs. According to theory, drain current should be K*(Vgs-Vth)^2. MOSFET characteristics given as K=5, Vth=4. Simulated drain current is half of the calculated values. Example at Vgs=5 simulation shows 10A, calculation gives 5A. What am I doing wrong or is there an error? |

Correction. Simulated drain current is 2.8A at Vgs=5V. |
