In my chekit circuit, experience leads me to believe that node OUT should oscillate severely as node IN passes through about 0.6V. Am I missing something? |

You can get oscillations from the parasitic inductances of the lead lengths and stray capacitances. But this simulation doesn't have those, so it shouldn't oscillate. |
