Oscillator Discrepancy

I am testing a simple oscillator circuit (posted public under oscillator anomaly) which should generate a standard sine wave. When I build the circuit using a different simulator software tool, I get a perfect sine wave. Using the exact same circuit and building it with CircuitLab, a step waveform is created, which looks nothing like a sine wave. In both cases, the component values are the same, including the transistor which use the same model parameters in both cases. Is there any explanation as to why the discrepancy occurs?
