two circuits should function identically

I have made 2 circuits public - 2-pulse-synch60 and Divider-phase. the 2-puse one functions correctly, it makes a chain of equally spaced pulses, then repeats that pattern over and over (driven by 120 Hz) The other, Divider-phase, should function identically, but just quits. I can't find how to link the two circuits to this post.
