Hi I am very new to circuit design and am trying to build a simple single oscillator which uses a Schmitt trigger. I do not see this as any of the component options in the menu and am not sure if I need to change any of the specs on the op-amp or not. If someone could give a basic overview of how I would get a Schmitt trigger (whether that be creating it myself, importing something, etc.), it would be greatly appreciated! |

Wickipedia has a discussion of the schmitt trigger and its implementation. I think if you read this it will give you a starting point which you can then model with circuitlab. |

I have created the diagram for the inverter shown on wiki, but I do not understand how to use this in the context of the rest of the circuit that I am trying to replicate since the one I am trying to copy uses an IC chip. |
