What are the best practices for selecting RF MOSFETs for high-frequency amplifier design?

I'm currently working on a high-frequency amplifier project, and I'm evaluating different RF MOSFETs for the design. I’m particularly concerned about parameters like gain, efficiency, thermal management, and impedance matching.

Are there any key characteristics or figures of merit I should prioritize when choosing an RF MOSFET for operation above 100 MHz?

Aim for a device where the transition frequency (f_T) is at least 2-3 times your operating frequency to Ragdoll Hit avoid gain roll-off. For broadband designs, select MOSFETs with flat gain across the desired bandwidth.
