A simple spark gap / arc function.
Same basic functionality as spark gap 01 but does simulate in CL.

A simple spark gap / arc function.
The switch is open until the absolute voltage across the gap:
ABS(V(gap)) > 300V
then it is latched closed until the square of the current through the switch drops below 1A.
The latch current measurement is squared and low pass filtered to model the ionisation lag of air in the gap.
The latch has a propagation delay of 10u.
