Negative Resistance Circuit, few parts. Sine Wave.
Input voltage effects the circuits "Negative Resistance".
Unity gain is the point that "Positive Resistance" = "Negative Resistance".
At unity Oscillations will not grow or dampen.
The small output voltage can be buffered to the levels needed, and should be clean.
