This is a simple rechargeable lamp: https://www.circuitlab.com/editor/#?id=qs92843dnkap The Lipo will come with a suitable USB charger. Use this and switch the battery either to the charger or to the LED via a current limiting resistor. The resistor should limit the LED current to 20mA. The charger supplied with the Lipo should take care of everything, it provides over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, pre-charge and charge at a current appropriate to your chosen battery. Have a look at this to make sure you understand Lipo charging: http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/77596.pdf Construction should be on a vero board or similar. |
