Need help with connecting a switch

I have auxiliary tailgate light bar (running, brake, left & right turn signal)connected to my truck using a standard 4 prong Trailer Harness The problem is when they are connected the Truck “thinks” there is a trailer connected and my Reverse lines in my camera are off (for safety because my truck thinks there is a trailer attached) I would like to create a switch that I can turn the lights off when I put my truck in reverse so I can see the lines in the camera and then turn the switch the lights back on when I put my vehicle in drive. There is a power (brown wire) and ground wire (white) but I want a switch hooked up to all 4 wires , power, ground, left turn, and right turn Basically a switch which when turned off there is no lights connected like the same if I just walked to the back of the truck and had disconnected the plug
